PYRA Stone Ltd – Returns Policy

At PYRA Stone Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality stone products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be:
- Unused and in their original condition.
- Returned in original packaging or similarly protective packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Note: Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at pyrastone28@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
A restocking charge of 10% will be applied.

3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us to arrange a replacement.
