PYRA Stone Ltd – Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales and transactions between PYRA Stone Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”) for the purchase of natural stone products and related services.

1. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by PYRA Stone Ltd.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 2% per month.

4. Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Customers must ensure suitable access and unloading support.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Inspection & Claims

  • You must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to PYRA Stone Ltd in writing within 24 hours.

  • Failure to report within this timeframe waives your right to claim for shortages or damage.

6. Returns & Cancellations

  • Returns are only accepted with prior written authorisation and are subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing prior to dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

7. Product Variations

  • Natural stone is a product of nature. Variations in colour, veining, texture, and dimensions are to be expected and are not considered defects.

  • We recommend viewing samples before ordering, though they may not represent the full variation in the final product.

8. Warranties & Liability

  • PYRA Stone Ltd makes no express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective materials before installation. We are not liable for installation costs, labour, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Title & Risk

  • Title to goods passes to you upon full payment.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery.

10. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping delays, labour shortages, or government actions.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.

12. Agreement

  • By placing an order with PYRA Stone Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
