Natural Stone Disclaimer

PYRA Stone natural paving products are made from quarried stone, which means each piece is inherently unique in color, texture, veining, and surface finish. Variations in shade, tone, grain, and natural markings are characteristic of natural stone and are not considered defects. These differences enhance the natural beauty and authenticity of the product.

Size Tolerance
 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of the products, slight size variations may occur. Tolerances of up to ±5mm are possible.

Installation & Maintenance

Proper installation is essential to the performance and longevity of natural stone. PYRA Stone is not liable for improper installation, handling, or maintenance. It is the responsibility of the installer and/or end user to inspect all materials before installation. Once installed, the stone is considered accepted as-is.

 

Sealing natural stone is optional but has been proven to reduce staining and weathering. We recommend regular maintenance, including cleaning and possibly resealing, which may be necessary depending on usage and environmental exposure.

Suitability & Performance

PYRA Stone products are intended for exterior paving applications unless otherwise specified. Some stone types may not be suitable for high-traffic areas, freeze-thaw climates, or areas exposed to heavy moisture. Please consult with your installer or stone professional to determine suitability for your specific application.

Liability

PYRA Stone disclaims all liability for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products. No warranty is expressed or implied beyond the replacement of defective materials prior to installation.
