Expert Consultation
We don’t just take orders; we talk through the "why" and the "how." Whether you need a specific thickness for a heavy-traffic area or a custom bullnose edge for a pool surround, we start with a deep dive into your project requirements.

Precision Sampling
"Bespoke" means there’s no room for guesswork. We can provide both physical samples and high quality images and video so you can see how the texture and color react to the light.

Specification & Deposit
Once you’re happy with the material, we finalize the technical specifications and quantities. At this stage, we require a 50% deposit to secure the raw material and schedule the production.

Quality Control & Delivery
Bespoke stone takes time to get right. Once your order is crafted to your exact specifications, it undergoes a final quality check by our team. We then coordinate a specialized delivery that ensures your stone arrives safely and is placed as conveniently as possible for your installers.
